We see Doctor Volk at this practice, and we've had nothing but good experiences here. I thank God we have not had too many issues with our child as of yet.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
