Dr. Flynn always took the time to explain every aspect of treatment for my condition, an arthritic knee. When she recommended a total knee replacement, she was thorough in outlining all the alternatives to surgery, and left the decision completely up to me.
She explained the potential risks of this procedure as fully as possible. She then answered all of my (and my husband's) many questions.
After the surgery, in the hospital and after, she took the time to provide thorough and caring followup.

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion

No, there weren't many to choose from
