They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
