I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. What was difficult news for me (I need a new hip) is commonplace for him, and he didn't provide much of an explanation. I will ask more questions next time and ask for additional tests.
