Doctor Lizardi is a very kind man and his office offers the very best in care. However, there were two things I was really put off by during my time seeing him. During one of my initial interview visits with my partner he asked us what denomination we were baptized under...He didn't ask if we were religious, or christian...he asked what denomination we were baptized under. After we told him neither of us were baptized and didn't go to church, he proceeded to lecture us for a good 10 minutes about the importance of finding God and going to church and said, "I don't care whether or not you follow Jesus, but God should be important." I found this so unprofessional. If he wasn't the absolute best at delivering babies, I would have switched doctors right then. He gave me the same talk about religion a couple other times during my pregnancy. It was extremely offensive and off-putting, but he is a very nice man. Then, when I had my baby he was on vacation, which I understand. However, I stayed in the hospital a week, and when he came back I saw him walking the halls of the OB department several times,. but not once did he stop in and see me. Not once. I understand that another doctor actually delivered my baby, but he didn't even say hello to me when I knew he was there for three days in a row. I was a little hurt and put off by this also. Then his office dared to call and try to schedule my postpartum check up with him after he had ignored me while in the hospital. I decided to have my primary care doctor, Dr. Healy, who I LOVE, do my postpartum check up. The care i received up until my hospital stay was great, except for the comments about my lack of religion.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Was this provider late to your appointments?
No, they were on time

No, not at all

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
