I felt rushed and she wasn't very sensitive regarding a PAP test. She was unprofessional and rolled her eyes when I said that I never had one.

They couldn't really answer all of my questions, some of them went unanswered. I was a little unsure about my treatment still. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. She actually tried to say I was fat during a pregnancy lost because I "gained too much for that trimester" in her opinion. So I consider that rude! Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I had mentioned I felt something was wrong during my pregnancy and she wouldn't do an earlier ultrasound. By the time I did have one my baby had already died! I felt like they didn't really care about helping me during first trimester. If I did have anything good come out of going there was my referral to see an RE. She could have been more tactful and sensitive to my concerns for sure.

I would not recommend her to anyone. I felt that Dr. Crosby was completely unprofessional. She made me uncomfortable during the first part of the exam because of her terrible bedside manner. She was very rude and impatient with me.

Then, she came into the room to do the exam with food in her hand. Shoved it in her mouth then talked to me with a mouth full of food. She began the exam while still chewing her food. I considered leaving at that point because her lack of professionalism make me uncomfortable.

She told me that she would call me in a couple of days with the results and it's been weeks and I've called several times and she doesn't return my calls.
