They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. I have referred people here. Some of the providers are more compassionate (Dr. H-B) than others.
