Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
