The doctor does not follow up and his office schedules appointments in such a manner that the wait is absolutely unbearable.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Absolutely Not!
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
