Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

AVOID at ALL costs. Saw this man for years. When my neck started hurting he offered no answers. Eventually I couldn't turn my neck. He did a few bizarre tests (a bone scan) which aren't the appropriate test for this situation. His x-ray equipment is outdated. When I told him I thought I had AS he kept on x-raying my sacrum even thought my neck could NOT move. Went to a new rheum. who easily diagnosed me and said if I had been treated properly, my neck would've been saved. My life is ruined because of this man. When he doesn't know the answer to a question, he doesn't bother trying to find the answer, just keeps on saying, "I don't know." Uninformed and definitely not up with current trends. So sorry I was treated by this man. Seek out a bigger and better practice instead of going to him.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were not met, and they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I've spent three years with this office. I finally left when I explained I didn't want to take a medication that was more harmful to me than helpful, and got the response "well you're going to take it, I'm the doctor." I would say I felt a little worse that month and he would respond with "are you sure? because your lab levels look better" I'd say I felt better, and get the opposite response. I would ask about treatment options and he told me there were no others than what we were doing. All of this was false, and my new doctor is already more helpful in one visit than all of my three wasted years with this office.
