The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. there is no patient privacy and the doctor and staff are loud and unprofessional. the secretary was yelling across the room at me asking me 'what medication are you taking'? have these people heard of HIPPA laws? when i finally saw the doctor he was rude and ignore my complains. horrid experience, avoid that office at all cost.
