They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns.
