I like Dr Nicora, however every time I ask the staff to provide me with a specific form to submit to my union it gets lost in some kind of confusion. I'm paying for a premium service but not getting the premium service from his staff.

Dr. Nicora is a caring and preventative physician who listens with patience and empathy. He is never dismissive and always imparts sound advice. He is thorough. I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Nicora and you will never had to search for another general practitioner again. Also, his office staff is friendly and I have never been put on hold when I first call. I have wasted hours of my life on hold for other “Care” providers .

Dr. Nicora is a such a caring and understanding Doctor who makes you feel comfortable about your visit, your diagnosis and he works hard to work with you to understand and treat your illness/diagnosis with such great concern and treatment with his outstanding professionalism and knowledge. Dr. Nicora listens to you and speaks to you in terms you can understand. He also has the sweetest caring office staff that makes you feel comfortable and also works hard to get you approvals / or appeals when the Insurance Co. will not pay for specific tests or RXs.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
