The entire office is dated. The facilities are not maintained as the many water stains in the ceiling show. The worst thing is the unprofessional staff makes fun of people on the phone and discusses patients issues for everyone to hear. Also, they keep unlocked file cabinets with patient files everywhere, including the examination rooms where patients wait sometimes for 10 to 20 minutes. In that regards, their scheduling is horrible and waiting for an hour is not unusual.
The doctor never looks at you when he talks and he has a sidekick who does nothing more than dial the phone, make photocopies, or once in a while takes the blood pressure.
In the end they do not do much and only point out things that one could figure out during a visit to the pharmacy. The only substantial work done came from the lab that did the blood work. And for that the offices schedules two visits, which each cost copay.
The real kicker is that they then claim that one needs to come back three months later for a checkup. What for? Also, the doctor blamed everything on my nutrition and passed out pamphlets that contain old information and advice that is proven to be wrong many times over.
No wonder that health care costs are rising when offices like Dr. Voleti's get paid for doing no work. I'll be watching out what they bill my insurance for. They should not get paid more for what they did, which isn't much. And a HIPPA complaint is on the way.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
I have been a patient of Dr. Voleti's for over 17 years. He isn't chatty but he has provided excellent care to me and the staff in his office are very accomodating. He diagnosed a thyroid issue that was overlooked by two other doctors. He has referred me to other specialists for other medical conditions that I have developed over the years. On those occasions, I usually had an appointment, set up by Dr. Voleti's staff with the other specialist before I left the office. He has seen me first thing in the morning (before his scheduled office visits) when I have been too sick to wait a few days to get an appointment. And the followup care provided by his office has been excellent.

The doctor spent about 3 minutes with me during our appointment, didn't seem to take my concerns or questions seriously then, completely unrelated to what I was asking about accused me in a mocking way of having an eating disorder. Felt extremely judged, and ignored.
