If you ever go to dr.Voleti go see p.a.Kerry she has the best bed side manars and she is the best PA that I have ever seen.I've had cronic back pain from 2002 till 2013 still going.I go in I see Kerry she asked me questions she sends me to people and she gives me something to take the edge off because it hurts so much.I have had 9 shots in my spine please don't ever do it on the last shot they lifted the table with me on it and the medican went down my left leg now I can't stand or walk for a long period of time with out falling that was the hospitals fault 1 week before my appt. with Kerry I get a letter saying they no longer except my insurance now what do I do.I am in pain can't sleep stressed to the point of no return I need a doctor that is just like kerry and can help me ASAP

First of all, I came to Dr.Voleti as a TEN YEAR patient suffering with chronic spine problems...

* 2001 Cervical fusion C3,C4,C5 and C6
* Herniated disc at C7-T1
* Herniated disc at L4-L5
* Surgery on Thorasic T9,T10 and T11

On top of the MANY spine related issues i deal with, I also had a Heart attack in 2005 and had a stent placed in my heart, I also am a type 2 diabetic.

So I have MANY different medications I must take, and get perscribed on a month to month basis, heart medication, Diabetes Medication and pain medication for my spine issues !

Well, my very first visit to Dr.Voleti , he decided to completely mess up my medications I was taking for 7+ YEARS prior to seeing him as my new primary, I had to find a new primary due to 2 reasons, I had moved, and my prior primary was retiring.

So he decides to change the amount of medications he would perscribe me, and I would have to make last for the entire month!!!

Also, his specialty is alledgedly diabetes, and as a type 2 diabetic, he NEVER even expressed ANY concern towards managing my diabetes, such as getting an A1C test when first seeing him to establish a basline to go from etc.

I have been seeing Dr.Voleti now for over a year, due to NECESSITY< TRUST ME....NOT due to the fact I WANT TO !!

In the time I have been with him, he has shown a seemingly TOTAL disregard for my personal health, the only thing he has EVER done during an office visit, is use his steathascope to listen to my chest etc....and trust me...that was a half assed attempt as well....and the only reason he did that was because i had a VERY BAD chest/nasal cold.

He has done NOTHING to help guide me in maybe finding a light at the end of the tunnel in regard to my spine issues, its as if he could care less.

A USUAL appointment with him consists of, sitting for an HOUR in a VERY small waiting room which is always PACKED with people, room for 8 people seating and usualy 12 to 14 people, then being called into a room, waiting there for another 20 minutes, and then being graced with Dr.Voletis presence for MAYBE 4 minutes!!!

I could go on with how totally DISsatisfyied I am with Dr.Voleti, including the fact that the past 3 visits, there were other patients that were litterally YELLING at him and in the middle of the waiting room because he is obviously messing up their heath care as well.

So MY REVIEW?.....Dont waste your time !!!

Just one mans opinion.....

I started their because of location, the pa Kerry is very compassionate and paitent , they do charge an additonal office visist for paperwork, but the amount needed is worth the effort. the have sent me to specialists when needed and if you are the type of patient that needs extensive hand holding and are unable or unwilling to advocate for your own healthcare then perhaps this office isn't for you, but it works fine for me and judging by the full waiting room for others too.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. i was very upset that i went into his office because my dr. was working there temporarily and the first time he saw me and saw i was on painkillers he wanted me to take a urine test which my dr. never asked me for. it was very offensive. i'm assuming he thought i was an addict or selling my meds instead of taking them as people do take them illegally. but, that is not me. i've been on disability for 7 1/2 yrs am very ill and suffer chronic severe pain that intereferes with every aspect of life, i felt no compassion from him. i'm going back just b/c i need a good dr. and my old dr. office recommended him and its so hard to find a dr. to treat my pain. but i dont have much faith that he'll do anything. i'm just desperate to find someone to take care of me. since he helped other patients when they were really sick maybe he is a good dr. very suspect that he didnt graduate from a US medical university. i studied and lived in India and would not trust dr. educated there. its so easy to falsify papers too over there. so hard to find a good dr. if anyone has a better one, let me know!
