Dr. Mark Fialk is the worst doctor I have ever visited - bar none. He stares at his computer screen or phone during consultations. He interrupts while you are explaining your problems. He treated my very ill mother so badly she was in tears because he was so rude to her. Plus he kept us waiting for over an hour in the consultation room. The waiting room is also appalling - it feels like an out-of-control airport lounge. Long lines, people coughing without masks being offered, incompetent staff on the computers. My mother is looking for a new doctor.
