I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
