Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
The services rendered by this provider on 03/29/2011 were paid by my insurance- and on 03/02/2012 almost a year later- I received a "balance bill invoice indicating a payment the doctor claimed she was due- after the insurance had paid in full- Balance Billing should be made Illegal in NYS, especially when the doctor does absoultely nothing in the way of service.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
