He is Great! His staff is rude & arrogant.. I witnessed every time while I am waiting how they speak to patients especially older ones.. I dont put up with that so I give it right back..

Well, let me tell you... this Dr man was so rude and disrespectful. His staff (zero stars) became very sassy and didn't seem to care about me. I would NOT go to this man again.

Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I had. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. The chairs in their waiting room are comfortable enough and serve their purpose.. It not usually hard to get an appointment time that works for my schedule even though I have a crazy schedule. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment within a couple of days and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It is often hard to get them on the phone because my schedule may conflict with theirs.Often I'm put on hold here and I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call, but they are a busy office any doing the best they can. They are worth the wait.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Dr Sirotenko and his staff refused to provide me with any information regarding their billing policies. On my last visit I requested for any information about what various procedures would cost and they said they could only tell me after I had seen the doctor and he pulled a magic number out of thin air about what to bill me. The staff told me that it didn't matter since I would just pay my co-pay regardless. I then tried to explain to them that "some people don't have health insurance" and that I would be one of those people in the near future. The staff couldn't even explain what the technical difference was between a "brief" and "extended" visit.

A week later I got a letter in the mail telling me that Sirotenko would no longer be my doctor. The letter had no explanation as to why. I've paid all my bills/co-pays on time and when asked. I never missed an appointment and never had any other issue of note other than trying to get information regarding their billing practices.

TLDR: If you question Dr Sirotenko's billing policies he will stop being your doctor. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Sirotenko is a doctor who listens, understands and gives you time to explain all your issues/reasons why you are there. He is extremely educated and clear wehn explainging his diagnosis/treatments. He recommends all procedures that are needed to oversee your best outcome to your health. I found Dr. Sirotenko after weeks of research for local doctors to (replace my PCP) and found that he has an excellent background, impressive knowledge and is a DO...which means he has 500-900 hours of additional medical practice than your regular MD. I strongly recommend to make an appointment with Dr. Sirotenko to discuss your overall health and you will see the benefits of being under his care in that very first visit!
I am very thankful he resides in Monroe County!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Sirotenko explained what was going on in very clear terms, and I never felt patronized. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
