Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
