TWhen I moved from White Plains to Ossining, I wanted a physician more close to me. Dr. Mathew had seen me in a local nursing home when I had fallen and was in rehab. I was completely satisfied with her service and will continue as necessary. As I am now an old lady of 80 years, I like that she also is skilled in servicing the geriatric group!

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait and wonder when I'd be seen while sitting in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. The staff and Dr Mathew's full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Although sometimes Dr Mathew is interrupted by calls from the hospital and other doctors, she's very professional and discreet in her responses. She's never left the room while she's been seeing me, so I feel I always have had her full attention.
