Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
