He does not provide written medical records after each visit for even basics such as HDL/LDL, height, weight. He prefers to do this on the phone. For proactive care see someone else.

Dr. Raymond Mata is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He literally saved my life. I would not be alive today had it not been for his brilliant treatment. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
