They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
