Lousy at follow through for mental/paychiatric care. Have to goto emergency room and urgent care to get things accomplished. Lousy aftercare.

Went in for having stool in blood many years ago and listened to his "it's fine" diagnosis. I was told it would go away on it's own. I recently moved to a new location and went to a proper Gastroenterologist who revised my nutrition plan and subsequently cleared up ALL my symptoms. Basically, it would not "just go away." Since moving, it has been impossible to forward my medical records from his office to my new doctor. It got to a point where my new doctor just ordered a blood sample to find all prior immunization. That is ridiculous.
