Run, do not walk away from this office. The staff is horrible-phone calls are not answered and messages are not returned. After 3 days of leaving messages and FINALLY talking to a very snarky nurse, we were assured that the doctor would call back that afternoon. It's now 9 pm that night, still no call from the doctor and since it's a Friday, we now have to wait until next week. We're trying to find out results from tests this doctor ordered weeks ago- we've actually gotten the bills from the labs and still have no results for a problem that's been going on for weeks!! So much for the Hippocratic oath in this office.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
