Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I wasn't worried about their equipment. I felt comfortable that it was safe and well maintained.
