All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

i went there with a friend of mine and i was shock to see in this day and age the doctor is the secretary and doctor in one, the wait time could be better if she had someone there with her,however she took good care of my friend and i even ask her question pertaining to me in the interim and she was very nice to answer them and made suggustion to what i should have done.overall she seem to be be a friendly person but she has to work on her yonkers office.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
