They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh.
