They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I really like the doctor, he is friendly and nice. If I had one complaint, it is that he doesnt seem to resolve any problems, all he does is refer you to a specialist or someone different. If you have a problem with something, he gives you a number to call someone else, maybe thats the way they are doing it nowadays, but I thought your PCP knew everything and sent you out for tests or second opinions.

If you are looking for meds, dont go here, if you want any meds, he will refer you to a shrink, he did to me.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
