During my visit with Dr. Ricardo Pou and his staffs, they answered most of my questions in regarding my diagnosis but I could have used more information on that. However, they could work more on improving their level of customer service. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. P.S.: I waited two hours long before seeing Dr. Ricardo Pou.
