Dr. Knapp is very nice and polite but my main frustration lies with his punctuality with appointments. It seems like his staff will book in as many people as possible in one time slot and you end up waiting at least an hour before seeing him. I've had to wait a few months for his staff to follow up with referrals and sometimes you have to call the specialist yourself to get an answer. The latest dealbreaker was finding out that they now charge money to simply write a referral letter for physio, therapists, etc. It was great in the beginning to have Dr. Knapp but the services and time spent waiting is worse than a walk-in clinic. I'll be searching for a new doctor.

I didn't care for Dr. Knapp. He seemed to make hir diagnosis before he ever walked into the room and clearly wasn't listening to what I had to say. He focused on what felt minor to me, and brushed off the symptoms that were truly bothering me. I spent hundreds of dollars on tests, he wouldn't test for what I asked to be tested for. I hadn't gone to the doctor in over 5 years, now I know why. It was a huge waste of time and money.

This doctor had the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I would never go back to him. At my one and only appointment, Hewas very rude.

Would not recommend. – I was referred to this doctor. He was arrogant, egotistical, and unwilling to listen. Drew his own conclusions without hearing details from me

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were cold and not friendly enough. I didn't feel at home here. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. They had a somewhat unfriendly attitude. I didn't really care for their personality.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
