My mother had a polypectomy done with Michael Frank, MD. We found him professionally and technically outstanding and also consider him an extraordinarily warm, caring and dedicated physician who put my mother at ease with his very calm manner. He is truly a phenomenal physician in every respect .We found the entire staff was professional and caring and we both appreciated it very much.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Dr. Frank is one of a kind: He is caring, good listener, always puts me at ease, and most importantly, in my opinion, he is a great physician.
Staff is always professional and helpful. I don't recall ever having to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. One of the best doctors in the country.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are very thoughtful.. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this office were spotless and looked immaculate.
