I was disappointed and a bit angry that none of my questions got answered. I left feeling extremely confused and frustrated. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.
