Their office is quiet. I had a few minutes to read a magazine. There were magazines for men to read... I stopped reading Highlights about 40 years ago. The office was easy enough to find. I enjoyed seeing the geese on Miami pond. I wasn't pressured to buy anything I didn't need. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. The office (and treatment room) was just fine... not at all cold. I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. O'Bryan is a good doctor. I trust him completely.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
