I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they care about everyone who visits them. The staff knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Heather, the office staff, is wonderful, friendly, and professional. However, Dr. Echeruo is rude and abrupt. She did not investigate my issue at all. She spent 3 1/2 minutes in the room, yelled and me and left. Now I'm wondering how much she'll bill my insurance company for that 3 1/2 minutes. Don't ever go to this woman for help with medical issues. I would recommend her for the drive through window at McDonald's - nobody wants to be THERE for too long.

Dr. Echeruo and her nursing staff (Heather) are professional and very courteous. They are very qualified and knowledgeable. Time is allowed for me to ask questions and discuss those issues pertinent to my overall health. I have yet have to wait more than 20 minutes during scheduled appointments in the patient reception area.
