The Dr. was quite good. I have every confidence in his abilities. The only complaint i have is with a mishap with the referral. The next morning at 8:30 sharp got to the Dr. I was referred to. I show up early to do the paper work. When I give in the paper work. They tell me no referral was sent. The office would not answer the phone so the Dr. I was referred to would not see me. After wasting two hours of my life I leave. Now i had an x-ray for nothing and 2 hours and a gallon of gas was wasted. Next time i will do my job as a patient and make sure the staff behind the counter does theirs.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. harley
