It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I called them to go in the same day because I was terribly sick and said I couldn't and had to wait until tomorrow.. Never in my life have I heard of a Patient having to wait until the next day to get treated. Absolutly Ridiculous. Becuase I was a new patient i had to wait. That is mind blowing.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
