I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I understand they're busy, but I have called 4 times to try to get an answer on a abnormal test- no one has called me back. Will be changing doctors
