I have been a patent for many years and have always received competent and good service. the whole staff is respectful and caring.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. And from what i hear she has pending court cases. She is not very nice or concerned about her patients at all! im changing drs for me and my family she can go and try to take care of someone else..shes in it for the money nothing else.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
