This doc doesn't explain anything. His staff is rude. Sends you to a specialist that doesn't work with your insurance and gets mad when you can't go there. PA tells you what you have and nothing to do for it/about it, and it won't hurt you-it's just annoying, then sends you to a specialist and tells you that you have a serious condition. What???

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Dr. Castellanos is a great guy, easy to talk to, listens to what you have to say, and very understanding. I highly recommend his practice to anyone. However, the receptionist are a battle to get through sometimes, about the only down side.
