I wish there was a negative star. I just started a new job and have no insurance for 1 month. I asked to see a provider for a serious gout episode. I asked to be billed or to be able to come in on the date of my first paycheck and I WAS TURNED AWAY by their billing department. Receptionist was courteous. I had established care with this practice and feel the providers abandoned me during treatment. I had my CPE but no medications were written for my established scripts and by labs were never shared with me. They gave a DUTY to treat their patients regardless. If you do not pay, simply discharge them from care but abandonment is a serious issue. I had a resonable expectation I would have follow through. I am telling as many people as I can and writing many letters; DOH, Newspapers, FB, Pinterest, Blogging. 4/6/12 - 4:15 appt. turned away; you know who I am.

I have been going here since I was very young and in recent years this clinic has taken a nosedive. The doctor I saw did not tell me that she was prescribing me anything, what she was prescribing me, and how to take it. Thankfully the people at rite aid are knowledgeable. On top of this the very rude doctor told me I needed to stop eating potato chips and pizza and get off the couch. I am a college student and it is the end of the semester, she did not need to say it that way she was extremely insensitive and didnt ask to see if maybe there was another reason why I have gained a little weight

The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Doctor is a foreign graduate with poor skills.
