Kept me waiting 1 1/2 hours at the first appointment and an hour on my second appointment. I found this Dr. to be very arrogant and a poor listener. In the 3 months, and 5 appointments, I could not get him to understand that I was unable to afford the $445.00 co-pay each month for a certain medication. There was a simple alternative to the particular medication for $30.00 per month but he wanted things his way.

My most recent appointment, yesterday, I asked if he would recommend another Doctor. He would not answer the question and seemed offended. He then insisted I not return to his office again after departing. Horrible experience with a self-absorbed, mumbling man.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. This doctor seemed like he stepped out a time machine straight from 1968--long, dirty hair, baby blue velvet, bell-bottomed suit and a bedside manner out of the dark ages. He was smug, sarcastic and utterly useless. His usual practice seemed to be treating the imaginary ailments of the inmates of the local nursing homes. Avoid this bizarre clown at all costs.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They were a little too argumentative and angry. Amy is the med Nazi and treats everyone like addicts. She is rude and never calls back when she says she will. She is condescending/rude/ and is infuriatingly unprofessional -

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Dr. Murphy is so wonderful. He listens to my questions and concerns with an open mind and allows me to make my own decisions, he gives me guidance & information instead of forcing his opinions on me. I am very grateful.
