I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
