I had a good experience with her. She was thorough and nice enough. She pushed me to buy her products but that didn't surprise me.

The wait was never shorter than a half hour and you are guaranteer to wait another half hour in the examination room before the doctor came in. This doctor was rude and never listened to anything I said. Her staff was also rude and hung up on me multiple times. Moreover, they violated my HIPPA rights by forcing me to reveal patient information to parties that were not permitted to see my medical information. The office called me repeatedly, harassing me. Also, the doctor constantly ignored my concerns and requests and was more interested in selling her personal line of products. I felt bullied and ignored.
Most importantly, I went to this doctor for 2 years and she wasn't able to help me. Ever. Her treatments never worked. She just kept selling me her products or prescribing ones that I had told I had used before that hadn't worked, but she wouldn't listen.

I would recommend that you stay VERY VERY far away from this office.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
