I have been to Dr. Scheiner for over a decade. He's not the chatty type, but that's fine. He recently did a biopsy on me and told me to expect a call with the results within 1 week. When a week came and went, I called the office for the results. I don't hold that against him as following up can easily slip through the cracks. I spoke with one of the staff and was told the results were positive. OK, so I had skin cancer. I asked to speak to to Dr. Scheiner and was told he was busy. Again, no problem. I asked for him to call me back and was told he would within an hour. When an hour passed, I called back and was told he had left. Bottom line, he never had the decency to speak with me. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I have no reason to think that he is not clinically competent, but in a city full of excellent dermatologists, why go to a jerk?

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Bedside manner is not ideal but he comes highly referred and takes insurance and knows medicine.
