In my opinion I was just very fortunate that Drs. Nolan and Armenia took such excellent care of me when I was hospitalized - although I was his patient for 10 years previous to my hospital stay. If my children had listened to his recommendation I would have been placed in a facility because According to him I would never be able to take care of myself. Since his determination I have gone on cruises to English, Ireland, Scotland and France. I have also vacationed in Florida, New York City , Hawaii, San Diego, Santa Barbara &Philadelphia . I go to the gym 4 to 5 days on week. In my opinion he failed me in my care enormously. Luckily a qualified surgeon performed my mitral valve surgery Apparently it's Standard to wait on such surgeries !?!?!?) until it has a high percentage of damage(?!?!) He also transferred me after 2 months in Ellis to Albany Med -?- Is that to keep the heart patient recovery rate higher in Ellis (just curious). I am working on forgiving alleged Doctor for the permanent disabilities I have due to his lack of oversight during my lengthy hospital stay. I did see said medical professional 2 weeks before I almost died from his prescription recommendation. His bedside manner after I was released from Sunnyview (where I received Physical Therapy –which he refused to recommend me for) was abominable. He was mean spirited

Absolutely Not

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Yes! It was very unprofessional!
