They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I have a few questions about the procedure on the 28th of Sept. however I find it impossible to talk to the doctor. The staff says no and offers me an appointment I can't meet. I am cosidering cancelling the procedure until I can get a few answers from Dr. Korlipara.
