Dr. Gross's receptionist (Michelle F.) simply refused to answer any insurance questions regarding the double payment made to the Doctor, both by me and my insurance company. Although Dr. Gross has received and cashed both checks, his receptionist refuses to return overpayments until "30 Days Has Passed" When asked why, she repeats her arbitrary 30 day rule. When she is asked how many of the 30 days has already passed, she simply hangs up.
