One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
